This healthier version of French fries will really hit the spot when you have the craving.
Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
Herbs of your choice (such as Herbs de Provence or Rosemary and Thyme, etc.)
Sea salt (and pepper if you wish)
– Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
– Cover a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking oil and sprinkle on salt and some herbs.
– Place potato slices in pan, give a quick dusting of cooking spray, sprinkle with herbs and salt.
– Bake for 20-30 minutes depending if you like softer or crispier fries.
